Well, this week I maintained. Guess after a 6 pound weight loss last week, that was probably to be expected. I have not been using my journal and I have been eating too many of my points in junk food instead of protein. The exercising is going great. I am still playing tennis. I played 3 times this past week and would have played more if it hadn't rained yesterday. I can tell a huge difference in my stamina since staring tennis. I am still struggling with mobility on the court - but, as I play more and lose more weight, that should correct itself. Thanks for continuing to encourage me. Your emails and comments keep me on my toes!

Week 21 - Weight Loss Journey
Well, I lost SIX pounds this week and it had to be the tennis because I was not on program over the weekend. I worked 36 hours this past weekend and sttruggled with my diet. I did stay on program four days and played tennis a total of three days. I really hope to lose an additional two pounds this next week. Your comments have dropped off... Is anybody out there still rooting for my success? I am LOVING the tennis - I feel younger and more refreshed!

Week 20 - Weight Loss Journey
Just as I suspected, this week's results were not favorable. I am up four pounds. I went back on program yesterday and had a very good day. I used my journal which helps tremendously! On a positive note, I played tennis four days this week for 2 hours each day. I think some of this gain is just retention from eating horrible food so I am expecting a huge loss this week. I intend to flood myself with water! Keep your comments coming - they really help!
