Well, I am down 2 pounds this week - A total loss of 21 pounds. I stayed on program, exercised, but failed to get in all of my water. I did not journal and I really think I need to concentrate on that this upcoming week.
On the tennis side of life - I joined a 2.0-2.5 tennis team and when I went online to register, I had to self-rate. Well, because I played in high school when I was 16 years old and 95 pounds, I couldn't get rated for anything below a 3.0. So, now that I am 100 pounds heavier and 21 years older, the tennis association does not care... they are making me play up in the 3.0 league. So, I couldn't join the beginner's league - I had to join a team with more experience. I'm not intimidated because that's just not my personality - but I am disappointed because I really felt like I could complete at the 2.0-2.5 level and will get SPANKED at the 3.0 level. I am still excited and my new team members seem nice! More later! Comments anyone?
